Our 2011 W-2 Forms are available online. You can view your W-2 at http://utalentllc.greenemployee.com (http://utalentmed.greenemployee.com for Medical or BeneStaff Employees).

To log in you will need to know your Social Security Number and Last Name. You will be asked to consent to receive an electronic W-2 in place of a paper W-2. A verification code will be generated. Type in this verification code to access your W2. Once you have consented to receive your W2 electronically only, you will not receive a paper copy. If you do not access your W2 this way, you will be issued a paper copy by 1/31/2012.
