Q. What is the cost and procedure when a client calls for assistance?
A. A staffing coordinator will give you an invoice rate based upon your needs. After you have given us your job description, we will begin our search.

Q. What is my responsibility as a client?
A. Be specific about the job skills and responsibilities needed when submitting your order. This will help us make a better match for your job. Also, notify United Talent of any problems you may experience with our service or our employee.

Q. Can I interview applicants for temporary positions?
A. Interviews are not necessary for temporary positions because of our staffing experience.

Q. Can I interview the applicant prior to making a hiring decision?
A. United Talent will provide you with resumes of qualified candidates. You can review the resumes and call your staffing coordinator to schedule interviews for temp to hire or direct hire positions.

Q. Do you test applicants and what tests are administered?
A. Yes, applicants are given a series of tests depending on the applicants' skills and client requests.

Q. How long has United Talent been in the area?
A. Since 1967, and we are locally owned and operated.

Q. How much notice does United Talent need when calling for temporary or full-time employees?
