Brad has been president of United Talent since 1998, purchasing United Talent from Herchiel Sims in 2003. United Talent was named West Virginia Family Owned Business of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2007.
Brad has served on various community boards and organizations, including Mountain State YPO, Junior Achievement of West Virginia, Religious Coalition for Community Renewal (RCCR), Roark-Sullivan Lifeway Center, WV Workforce Investment Board, Rotary Club of Charleston, and Fund for the Arts. Brad has been President of YPO, JA, Roark-Sullivan and Rotary and has served on the worship team of River Ridge Church since 2003.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from Presbyterian College in 1993 and his MBA from West Virginia University in 2000.
Brad married Angela Sims in 1995, and they have two children, Zoey and Shepherd.
