We at NGK Spark Plugs Manufacturing site have been working with the United Talent team since March of 2017. Over one hundred positions have been filled through this timeframe, and several of these temporaries have been gainfully employed as full time NGK associates. United is as prompt with our requests and “orders” as they can possibly be. We don’t always know ahead of time when a temporary associate will decide to seek employment at another location, or that their assignment was indeed individually planned as a “temporary” assignment. On the rare occasions when conflict may arise, (we have over five hundred full time associates and eighty top ninety temporary associates) United has responded on a 24/7 basis. United Talent is not your ordinary 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday organization.
